Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service and scheduling options to all guests I have the following policies in place.
CANCELLATIONS:
I REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE to CANCEL, RESCHEDULE, or CHANGE an APPOINTMENT.
A FEE OF 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time. With exception of illness or emergencies.
Please call or text ASAP if you are running late. Guests who arrive more than 15 MINUTES late may be asked to Reschedule or Receive Partial Service. Scheduled services that must be canceled will be SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION FEE of 50%. Your timely arrival is appreciated!
NO SHOWS:
APPOINTMENTS MISSED WITHOUT NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A NO-SHOW FEE OF 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE(S). After fees are paid, future appointments may require a deposit (which will be applied to the service), as well as a credit card held on file.
